Little Hay Godwin Construction was awarded the Highly Commended Award by the Federation of Master Builders for its project at Little Hay. It required the complete sympathetic renovation and extension of an old house. The external works consisted of repointing where necessary, the double garage construction, in keeping with the properties already present aesthetics, and new windows and doors throughout. Doors were hardwood and tulipwood. All internal works, including new electrics, plumbing, new solid floor and complete high quality decoration, were completed on time and to budget.
